Budget Assistant

 

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology
  • Preferably with 3 years experience in auditing and general accounting
  • Performs auditing of expenses such as reimbursements, liquidations and payment to suppliers of Head Office.
  • Ensures strict compliance to the policies.
  • Provides assistance in the preparation of mid-year and annual budget, monthly and quarterly reports and analysis of accounts and completion of requirements for accreditation with the government agencies with the Budget Manager.
  • Validates capital expenditure (CAPEX) request and ensures that it is within the budget.
  • Excellent accounting technical skills
  • Attention to details and accuracy
