• 3-day training intended to give an overview of TSPI microfinance programs
• provides basic information through lectures and field exposure that will enable participants to interact with field staff & clients
• designed for interested development institutions

Leadership Training

• 1-day training for TKP client/center leaders
• focuses on servant leadership
• includes group discussion, group dynamics, and lectures
