Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for contacting clients via phone to collect, payments on past due/overdue accounts, following up on outstanding PAR, and ensuring that payments are made in accordance with company policies.
  • Recover and reduce PAR beyond 30 days, covering an area’s credit and collection activities.

Job Description:

  • Provides administrative support to the Executive Director, Board of Trustees, Central Management Team (CMT), partners, funders and support group
