General Statement of Duties:
The Communications Officer is responsible for internal and external communications strategy of the Organization to promote its mission and advocacies among staff, clients, MFI organizations, regulatory bodies, partners and other stakeholders. It involves research, writing, editing, publishing of information and coordinating promotional events for internal purposes or for the general public, thru print, digital and social media platforms.

 

General Statement of Duties:
Implements the TSPI Kabuhayan, Maunlad or Masikap Program and ensures all activities are in accordance with the program. Delivers at least 100% of target in terms of net membership, loan portfolio, loan release and portfolio at risk.

Implements MBA insurance program. Ensures that all activities are in accordance with the MBA principles and working regulations.

Fills in manpower needs on time through proper planning, co-ordination and execution of the
recruitment and selection process.

Provides technical support in overseeing the correct and accurate reporting and recording of transactions.

Provides research and information to help management and fund managers make decisions about investments. The information she/he provides ensures investment portfolios are well managed and that potential investment opportunities are highlighted. Performs analysis on investment assets such as stocks, bonds, government securities and provide recommendations on the results of analysis made. Ensures that all activities are in accordance with MBA policies and procedures.

Manage the implementation of all aspects of the risk function, including implementation of processes, tools and systems to identify, assess, measure, manage, monitor and report risks.

Reviews and evaluates internal control of the organization as assigned by the Senior
Auditor/Audit Supervisor based on the agreed schedule. Conducts compliance audit on
financial and operations of the business units based on the approved audit program.

General Statement of Duties:
Provides administrative support to the Treasury Department through application for new and renewal of existing credit lines, preparation of treasury reports, supervision and monitoring of enrollment and claims with agricultural guarantee.
