In compliance with the DOLE guideline on the Mandatory 8-hour Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Orientation, TSPI conducted a series of webinars aimed to equip TSPI employees with the required knowledge on how they can safeguard themselves & co-employees from preventable accidents and illnesses in the workplace.

Participants learned the following:
- Importance of OSH, national OSH data, legislations and state legal basis of OSH.
- General concepts of OSH and effective OSH implementation in the workplace.
- Workplace emergency preparedness program and discuss basic preparations for common emergencies; and
- Prescribed administrative requirements and corresponding penalties for any violations.
TSPI employees were also able to identify safety and health hazards in the workplace and their corresponding control measures.
