TSPI held its first TSPI Sambayanihan Cook Fest last March 10, 2022. As part of the enterprise training and development program for TSPI MBAI members, TSPI MBAI partnered with RV Manabat (Chef, Restaurateur, Culinary Teacher, and award-winning cookbook author) who shared his knowledge and skills in preparing processed food as additional source of income.
Dubbed as Longga Bongga, the activity showcased TSPI MBAI members’ expertise in cooking, pricing and packaging of their finished products. It was also as a way for other members to learn additional business by selling home-cooked nutritious food.
It was indeed a fun activity for everyone not just for the TSPI MBAI members who represented their Sambayanihan Centers but other members and employees who were able to taste their recipes.

- Best Longganisa Breakfast Plate (Yummy Longga Meal Award”) – Malasiqui Branch “Chef Nanays of Palma”
- Best Longga Bongga Recipe (TSPI Longga Bongga Award) – Gerona Branch “Foodies Friends”
- Grand Prize Winner (TSPI Star ng Kusina Award”) – Tayabas Branch “Tayabense Cooking Nanays”
